Sport Psychology is not about quick fixes – at the end of
the day it’s a long term investment. Clients who have COMMITTED
to their sport psychology programmes over a LONG TERM PERIOD are
the ones who get the most out of it, and in turn get the performance
results. YOU HAVE TO WANT IT – Vicki empowers you to change
but you have to want to change in the first place.
What do the sessions involve?
- First session is an assessment where Vicki will identify what
you need to work on.
- Sessions are conducted on the golf course, practice area, sporting
arena, or in private.
- Each session involves your thought, effort and practice.
