DOES IT INVOLVE?
Sport Psychology deals with the mental and emotional aspects of physical performance. By its very definition it's
not about a quick fix – it's a long term investment in your performance quality. First of all, you, as a client, need to want to learn! Sessions with Vicki Aitken empower you to achieve your own goals and objectives.
Clients who are prepared to commit to the programs devised for them by Vicki Aitken over a period of time and who
practice the tools they learn as diligently as they practice their physical skills will benefit the most.
What do the sessions involve?
- First session involves an assessment of your strengths and weaknesses where Vicki Aitken will then identify what
you need to work on.
- Sessions are conducted on the golf course, practice area, sporting
arena, or in private.
- All sessions require preparation, thought, effort and practice.
