(1) Introduction to Golf Psychology: The Playing Attitude. - 1
hour indoor session. Bring a pencil!
This session will introduce kids to what sport psychology is and why it’s
important to them and their golf. They’ll also learn about the “playing attitude” which when
taken on course will help them play to the best of their ability more
regularly.

Session (2) Focus of Attention! - 1 hour
indoor session.
Bring a pencil!
This session looks at all the things that distract you when you play golf.
We look at ways to over come these and how we
can try and prevent it happening in the first place.

Session (3) GET FOCUSED! Practical Psychology Skills Workshop. Good 1 hour session
outdoors on driving range. Bring your clubs. Restricted numbers.
This session will demonstrate a good practicing attitude, will help kids with
target selection, and will give them mental drills to help increase trust of
their swings, get more reactional and decisive and
will help them be more relaxed when playing.
